Eva Air. . Well done guys ...fantastic service. Lounges . Flight Seating. Food and extremely attentive staff both ground and air . Recently travelled LHR to BKK ...luggage arrived with handle smashed off . On my return BKK - LHR within 3 days was contacted and brand new luggage case replaced and sent to my home address no fuss extremely efficient and tentative service never experienced with any other airline ....I would seriously recommended Eva Air to any traveller ....5 * service.
