Avoid this company! \Same day shipping/ Fast turnover\ is advertised on the website but they don't do! I've reached them once to know where is my order, no answer. Call them and a random person who didn't introduce himself or the company replied like we knew each other... I finally managed to get a tracking number from this call. It's been now 10 days I'm waiting to receive my item and it still not on its way. I warmly don't recommend to use this company!

An order was placed on the 20th December for next day priority delivery. 11 days later and no order received. I chased the company on 4 different occasions, but no reply. Have also requested a refund but no reply. The company does not provide a tracking number for you to check the status of delivery so you’re left completely in the dark. I would not recommend using this service.

The products and service from Stampit was excellent, and I will be using them again soon! Communication from the company was great even when additional artwork was required. There was one issue in delivery of an item, this was swiftly correctly - a replacement item was dispatched within hours of my initial email and following a phonecall from the team to clarify the details. Great job, and great stamps, I now only have one problem - how to wrestle them from my stamp happy toddler!
