I purchased Woodpecker wood flooring through One Stop Flooring Ltd and I couldn't be happier with the service that I had. The cost was considerably cheaper than anywhere else. The price was so good I double checked with Woodpecker to make sure One Stop was an official retailer (which they of course are!). I requested a quotation which was very quickly received by text message and then called the office to place the order through Peter. Peter was very pleasant and helpful. After I'd ordered the floor Peter received notification that there would be a few days delay. He rang me straight away to notify me and outlined my options which I found very professional. I had a couple of queries before my order arrived and the team at One Stop were prompt and helpful with their responses. The floor arrived on the date anticipated and was perfect. I will definitely be ordering from One Stop Flooring again.

I have shopped with One Stop Flooring Ltd for over 15 years and I have always had the best professional service. When asked by anyone I will always highly recommend, not only for the array of products available but for the expertise and knowledge on flooring systems. Peter knows his produce and is always willing to offer advice on the best flooring for your needs. As customers we have an idea on what we want (which may or may not be suitable) however Peter will always ensure you get the best flooring for your situation and affordability. Having recently visited for a new project, I thought I would upload current images of the original flooring which was purchased and fitted via One Stop Flooring Ltd in September 2006. This is the current image of the Solid Oak flooring recommended by Peter at that time. I am still asked to this day about my flooring by visitors who think it was recently completed, as it looks almost as good as the day it was fitted! Like Peter, I would also recommend the wood floor cleaner available in store to maintain the beauty and longevity. Once my new project is complete I will upload further images and maybe 14 years from now you’ll see the same flooring looking just as good. Keep up the good work and long may you stay in business.

I have no hesitation recommending One Stop Flooring Very professional, helpful and friendly. Prices are competitive too! I bought some very nice Kahrs oiled Oak flooring which I fitted myself. Looks great! If I ever need any more flooring they'll definitely be my first port of call.
