Parcel collected from me on 18/12/20. Problem with the invoice. Rectified mid January. Despite 20 phones. Being on hold for over an hour each time. Asking for Supervisor etc. etc. Emails. Letter to CEO. Twitter complaints. My parcel is still in Stansted and it’s 5/2/21. I’ve asked for it to be returned to me, don’t bother sending to it’s final destination. DO NOT USE UPS. The worse courier company ever. Their customer service is non existent..

Busy all round
Absolutely useless. Paid 80 for next day delivery from Poland, currently been stuck at this depot for 6 days! No calls back, extremely rude workers, I'll now be taking my 150 monthly orders elsewhere.
This company is impossible to deal with they have promised on four occasions to ring back to let me know where my parcel is. It is five weeks since I posted it and now just want it returned, you feel like you are hitting your head against a brick wall I will never use this company again the customer service is appalling.
There's no way to get in touch with the HR. They work with shady temporary work companies. No direct phone numbers and no one answers to emails
