Check out paying machines could be better instructed on their facade. It is not instructed as alcoholic drinks wouldn't be checked out from the machines.

Friendly service and great selection! I got to try a Balvenie 14yr at 7am - great way to start the day!

Shockingly rude staff. Walked into the shop having just come through immigration and I was accused (weirdly) of having come from outside in the arrivals waiting area. My boarding pass that showed I had literally just arrived from abroad was broadly dismissed (apparently “everyone has a boarding pass”... I thought that was rather the point!). Someone needs more training on customer service, powers of observation and professionalism.

Friendly staff and great selection! At least they have splendit of my fav parfum KENZO. Not always easy to find. Amsterdam airport, which is much larger then Stensled has a very limited assortiment of Kenzo parfums.

"Wait, I thought a bottle of water was on offer at 0.68!" "Yes, but only if you buy something else". ...would you even bother to advertise it properly? Hell no. Hint: if you only buy a bottle of water, it'll be the full price: 1.35. Just letting you know before you make your way to the tills.

a bottle of water advertised everywhere as "was 1.35, now 0.67 - save 0.68" with no further detail about the actual meaning of the offer. Of course details are provided last moment at the till, when you are revealed that 0.67 is the offer price "if you buy something else in the shop", the actual price for the bottle being 1.35. Oh yea, one might say "it's just pocket change"... multiply it by the number of passengers/customers who pass by it on a daily basis. What a very low profile way to do business. Absolutely deceitful.

Very rude staff at stands... I was hoping to have a nice service at Kiehls as usually staff are very friendly in main stores but the woman serving me couldn't be bothered to assist, was rude and really regret buying the product from her.
