I went in to buy a binding machine this morning. Help was at hand from Jason, the store's Manager within seconds. What a lovely guy - knowledge, polite and such a lovely disposition. Credit where credit is due! With a customer service attitude like that, I hope he goes far and leads by example. Thanks Jason :-)

The staff are not very helpful. Prices are higher than other places. But on the upside, you get most of the stationery items here.

Staples is supposed to be a specialist shop yet none of their staff knew anything about where things were, what was in stock or product specs. They were uninvolved and quite depressing. Also everything in that shop is way over priced, I honestly have no idea how that brand is still standing considering pretty much everything they sell can be found significantly cheaper everywhere else.

staff didn't know anything and the person who was in charge of the section you wanted was never to be found. overpriced most of the time and I am not surprised they are to close.
