Starbucks have lost their way. Slow service, wrong orders and a complete miss understanding of tea making when doing drive through.. In my opinion tea should be served with milk on the side so you can add your own and then there is the tea bag to dispose of an espresso cup or similar to put the bag in would be handy...a cinnamon swirl fresh out of the packet instead of the one that's been sat in the cabinet for hours and is rock hard would be great too and all served by an experienced team member. Used to be five star Company...I do understand that this particular Starbucks is new but that makes it even more important to get off to a good start.

Drive through only. Long queue. Try to up sell you to large drinks. Menu does not show price of large drinks that contain higher sugar content - so beware of bill seems incorrect!!
I am a uber driver and had the pleasure of picking up from this place today. The decor is brilliant and the place is spotless. All the staff seem highly motivated and eager to help. The manager Tom really stood out as he was quick to introduce himself to me, he is really hands on and constantly busy, he also went out of his way to help me correct a mistake I had made with one of my orders. Great place, great staff so I'm confident their food will be great too.
Waited for 15 mins in drive Thru and they had forgotten half my order. Had to wait again so they could complete the order correctly then when I got home realised they hadn't put coffee in my frap like I asked for and no butter or jam for my fruit toast even tho it had been discussed 3 times!!
Bad customer services. Starbucks app was broken so was unable to click and collect. Told the employees and they simply shrugged their shoulders and told me to order though Uber eats when i get home instead.
They gave me someone else's order.itvwas pouring down and there was a big queue so once I realised I had an uber eats order it was more of a pain to go back.
Excellent cafe. Newly opened with drive through.
