I bought my first financed car from Startin only a few months and was helped by the brilliant sales colleague Luke! I'd been to several garages before this and dealt with shady salesmen that I could tell as soon as the sale was completed, wouldn't want anything to do with me. This was not the case with Luke, he explained the whole process in great detail and provided me with all the solutions that could suit me best. He even offered to come in on his day off to complete the hand over for me so I could get the car sooner! He also used his intuition to help with certain factors such as highlighting the fact that waiting just a couple of extra days would give a whole month of tax instead of paying for just a couple of days, something you wouldn't get trained on and requires some personal thinking for the customer! I wanted to wait until I needed to return to Startin Honda before giving a review to see their service post-sales. To no surprise, absolutely brilliant again! I highlighted a couple small issues and one of their service guys was honest enough to say that he wasn't sure about one of the issues but they would investigate which I appreciated a lot. In the end, they managed to fix all of the issues for me and made the process so easy! Normally I like going for different manufacturers of cars when changing for variety but I will definitely be looking at Startin Honda Worcester again when I come round to upgrade because of how amazing they have been! Best customer service me and my family have seen in the realm of car sales!

Honda garage is located with easy access to the city centre. The forecourt appears clean and tidy with adequate car parking. The cars are second hand and new offering a variety of choice for those with low or more generous budgets. For me the only downside is how the flags obscure slightly the business signage so could be moved or minimized to ensure passing trade is optimized.

I have had an amazing experience with Startin Honda. I was very nervous about an all online transaction, and distance sale. They put me at ease straight away. They were able to offer delivery. An expert reviewed mulitple part-x pictures, and was able to offer an excellent part-x price. They went out of there way to offer an unbeatable APR. Although there are slightly cheaper cars around: this dealers excellent customer service skills, outstanding car condition, outstanding car's history, and finally willingness to go the extra mile, puts them miles in front of any competition.
