Thoroughly recommended I'm always dubious when it comes to contacting dealerships as I can't stand pushy sales people. This was not the case when I phoned Startin Suzuki Worchester. I phoned up on the off chance to make an enquiry on a particular car and spoke to Steve. Steve was superb, a real nice guy who answered all of my questions and with absolute no pressure to purchase the car. Once I decided to go ahead with the purchase, Steve emailed me an up to date video of the car and the next steps were seamless. Steve completed all the admin stuff over the phone, sorted the tax and had the vehicle ready for me to collect within days. On the day of collection the car was ready for me to collect first thing whereby Jack was available to give me an overview (if I wanted it) and hand over the keys. I really do appreciate the great customer service provided :-)
