We had a watch battery replaced here and it stopped working after a couple of weeks, they gave me a warranty for it that I didn't use so that's on me but I'll tell you the reason why I'm giving 2 stars. it's because when I decided to replace the battery myself, I noticed that they never did the replacement properly. The parts were not put back together securely. The back wasn't even clipped on fully but enough so it's wasn't falling out. I never noticed this because it's my mother's watch and she was wearing it. I fixed it myself in a few minutes which is very easy as long you know which battery you need (you can get these batteries just about any supermarket) making sure all parts were securely fitted in the right place. I can't recommend this shop for that reason.

Amazing service everytime I have ever visited. I've even recommended to many family and friends over the years and have never had any issues. Neil always tries do his upmost best to make sure a customer is satisfied and if they aren't it's on the customer back as they never called to advise Neil because I'd guarantee he would resolve any issue that day. The only trusted jewellers I will go to ,infact that my family will go to ! Neil is always honest with me and goes far and beyond to make sure I'm happy .. I dont have to worry about being ripped off when i go here. i took mine and my partners watches this week to be checked as they stopped working, got a call that day to say I could collect them, both items were back to working order and Neil went out his way to clean our watches too . Been many years since my watch looked so new . Another thing is if he is unable to help you with what you need he will always send you in the right direction to trusted business that could help. I wouldn't go anywhere else , my goodness my uncle travels from Jersey just to see niel.
