Absolutely excellent staff in this shop! All the correct Covid-19 guidelines are being followed properly, i felt at ease and extremely safe in here!! The shop is fully stocked up and had everything i needed even due to the global pandemic, i am hugely impressed with the store. Also the quality and standard of the uniform is just brilliant! The staff are so helpful and welcoming and really help you find what you need. Outstanding shop, staff and products!!!

I visited the shop a few days ago to get my nephews uniform sorted as supermarkets have recently had low stock meaning I’ve had nothing but trouble elsewhere! however.. the staff on shift went above and beyond to ensure me and my nephew was Happy. Ellie B our helper was nothing but polite and helpful, couldn’t of done any more then she did to help us, a real credit to the team. Overall excellent shopping experience and good quality buys!

Brilliant service Joe W helped us, he was funny knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Joe knew exactly what the school standard was to enable us to buy correct uniform. I have to say the two young lads in your store were a credit to your shop and actually more friendly than the other staff.

I ordered a school cardigan for my little girl on the 28th. I aren't too bothered about how long I've had to wait for my order, cause I can appreciate how busy you are. But I have emailed a few times and heard nothing back as to where my order is. Communication hasn't been great at all. I've tried calling the store too and it will not put you through to speak to anyone. I've not had any emails back either. If you could possibly respond to my email or give me a direct phone number to call, that would be great.

Well what can I say. I had been having trouble getting trousers for my son as supermarkets have got nothing left and he is extremely tall. I went into Steadyschoolwear and they have a Social distancing system which is second to none. The lady on door was very pro active and communicated well. I’m highly impressed. Well done guys. Hope it easier for you next year.
