I saw an ad for the skull rings and absolutely loved the design so I arranged an appointment and got the chance to see the small skull ring on my tiny fingers. LOVED IT and ordered the rose gold with rubies. Everyone in the shop was very polite and friendly. Amazing work, highly recommended! Well done Stephen Einhorn team!

My parents are very happy with the silver cuff bangle purchased recently for their grandson for his 21st birthday. Wonderfully wrapped, heavy and simplistically beautiful. Just what they wanted. Such patient and lovely customer service, allowing me as much time as I needed to go through measurements, something that’s not easy to find nowadays. Arrived the next day. The staff were Assuring and comforting in these current times of “on line” purchasing. Can’t wait to get it engraved and see the shop on a trip into town. Will definitely use again as my “go to” jeweller and recommend them to my friends. Very happy

Fantastic experience with the Stephen Einhorn team, starting with the great content rich and helpful website which significantly reduced my concerns when transacting for a specific ring requirement remotely during COVID lockdown. I bought one of their Geo rings and am so pleased with it. The team were really great to do business with - fast, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable. The ring arrived on time, well packed and presented, and is a small masterpiece. I will definitely be visiting the shop in person once COVID allows. Highly Recommended!

After much searching my wife, Elaine, finally found the exact ring she had been looking for here. She chose the Times Square design and they customised it for her to add a ruby and two sapphires into the white gold band. We are both highly delighted with the finished piece. Fantastic, skilled workmanship has obviously gone into making it. All staff we have come into contact with have been exceedingly helpful and friendly. Very highly recommended.

Got my ring in 2012, sitting here thinking about how hard they worked to rush it for me. I was let down by a big retailer twice and almost didn’t have a ring for my wedding. I remember going to collect it the night before the wedding and waiting in the shop, after it had closed! The lady handed me the ring still dressed in her work apron and said “careful, it’s still a bit warm”. Thanks to their hard work and beautiful craftsman/womanship I not only had a ring for my wedding but a stunning one at that. Thank you so much.
