Staff were outstanding. They welcomed me as I entered the premises and showed diligence by checking my ID immediately. I sat down to play at one of my favored video poker machines, and they kindly offered me a hot beverage, to which I accepted. They then offered to sign me up as a member, and I got 10 free plays on a different video poker machine. This should be the usual service, however I have been going to other Admiral establishments in the vicinity, and staff there do not seem to care, and are often stood there playing on their electronic devices, and talking.
Decent pay-out percentages combined with carefully calculated timing for max chance of profit seems to work well at this shop. Staff hate it when you win though, and often exaggerate even if loosing and only winning back a fraction of what was lost, with the thought that machines are being emptied
