As a first time buyer, it was a daunting prospect to purchase my first home. However, Karen and her team of associates made the process very smooth and easy. She made sure I was fully informed about the property I was buying and was very responsive when I reached out to her to advice and help. I would highly recommend her service.

I’d like to thank Karen and her team for an excellent service enabling us to sell & buy a Home. The excellent patience and professionalism shown by all the team, Karens advice and prompt responses helped us to achieve during Covid an excellent result, with her prompt responses and knowledge was excellent she guided us through a very lengthy chain but always stayed positive. I would highly recommend this Business 5 Star. Jane & John Swaine

Highly unprofessional. As a first time buyer, I used them as recommended by the developers. Please be very careful with their 'Terms of Conditions' and thoroughly enquire about their abortive/hidden costs. They highly overcharge even if you don't reach exchange of contract stage.

I you are selling to anyone using this branch of Barnes and partners. I suggest you think twice and get them to instruct other conveyors. 6 months down the line and still awful comms and no exchange yet selling a chain free flat. Various excuses and never answers the phone or emails till they feel like it, this is when they actually are in the office which is never. The estate agent in our chain said he has never had to deal with such an unresponsive conveyancer which caused our chain to collapse.
