The worst service ever. They were booked by a garden supplier to deliver a tree to me. They failed to show up the first time. Claimed it was the wrong address, my supplier assured me it was not. They were 3 hours late outside their window the 2nd time. When finally arrived, the driver was disrespectful. He took his time blocking the road only to stand there mocking the nature of the delivery which was a tree. He kept calling it a weed and saying it doesn't look like a tree. It looks like a weed. He took a very long time to bring it down (I had a lot of plant deliveries before, never seen someone so slow). He finally got it down in a large pallet box tied on the inside.He refused to put it in my front garden although he was wheeling it. He left in the middle of the pavement and refused to help offloading it because it was not his job (I'm a 58 year old woman on her own). I called the supplier who asked to speak to the driver. He refused to speak to her. I was courteous all along but nevertheless, he was rude, disrespectful, negligent and incompetent. I wouldn't touch this company again. My supplier said she will not use them again either.
