I’m very disappointed with the Citizens Advice Stevenage service the fact it said as an option for advice in “family & relationships” which I reported of the domestic side in September 2019/March 2020 I didn’t get anywhere at all the same for the phone call appointments which I found useless and a waste of time. Sorry Citizens Advice Stevenage but I don’t recommend you.

Always a good idea to use this centre when dealing with the benefits system, housing and debt. On this occasion I accompanied someone else who needed universal credit advice but I have been there for myself a number of years ago and found them very helpful.
