Big menu, great food, also deliver which is handy during these times. Definitely recommend. Tried several others in Stevenage, not as good as Masoom.
food was cold when ordered
Ordered for the first time from here last night as our usual Indian wouldn't deliver and the food was brilliant. Very hot, 5 minutes early and delicious. Will definitely be our go to Indian takeaway restaurant now!!

I ordered through just eat. Order was confirmed and delivery was set for 10.15. I called at 10.30 to ask where my order was. Their response was we have not received this order, despite me getting email confirmation. I asked what they could do, to which their response was we don't care and they hung up. I called again and they said they didn't want to hear about my complaint and hung up again. Absolutely shocking service. Do not order from here unless you want to wait over 1.5 hours and not receive an order. Very unhappy.
Ordered through the JustEat app, order was confirmed through the app, food did not come within an hour and a half, we phoned. Disgustingly rude man cancelled the order whislt we were on the phone, then denied having received the order and said it was not his problem. Disgraceful.
Really upset at date night dinner plans being ruined! :( was looking forward to it as heard many good things previously. The food took an hour to arrive yet turned up cold! It was so disappointing, the best bit was the poppadoms! Really didn't taste very nice from the little amount we tried too. Deeply disappointed
