Tiffany, Helena and the whole spa team are friendly, professional and really talented at what they do. I suffered with a painful tight back/shoulder muscle for years, which through a thorough consultation Helena knew to next use hot stones. The result was amazing and I feel like I have taken off a very heavy rucksack i have been wearing too tightly for years. Absolutely amazing and thank you guys! Highly recommenced

Love coming to this spa the staff always make me feel so welcome. Deanna is great in so many fields. She did different wax jobs to a excellent standard, my wedding nails Geleration manicure and pedicure which looked amazing on my wedding day and honeymoon. Will always recommend odyssey spa to everyone I know. It's great you can collect treat points too as I had enough to have a free 30 min massage before the wedding.

After a bad experience with Odyssey Spa - Rang to have gel nail repaired and was given an appointment. Turned up to the appointment on time and was told that they made a mistake with the booking so that I had to come back on another day.... I explained that this was not convenient and was very unhappy with the way it had been dealt with- I had my nails repaired and the staff was very good and professional. Very pleased on how this was resolved in the end and the little gesture from the spa. The therapist who looked after me was very nice and did a thorough check on all the nails and fixed another one.
