Dr Konrad Kominsky... Told me to put diluted baby shampoo in my infected eye... Hmmm.... told me I had nothing wrong with my ear/hearing and my problems were because I was, at the time, a smoker, a few appointments later and one CT scan I actually have bones missing in my inner ear and need a hearing aid... Cheers Konrad! Refuses to give me any form of sleeping medication despite years of history of insmonia.... I'm not sure if the guy is out to get me personally or he's that much of a ***** with all the patients. Moody Moodley not much better. There are good doctors here don't get me wrong, but these two kind of blow the rest of the staff out the water. Then the receptionist who thinks she's a doctor... Bore off love... I don't need you telling me anything about my health thanks. You're a receptionist.... Answer the phone... Oh no what? You don't answer phones? It doesn't seem so does it. Bleugh. Find somewhere else if you can. I will be.

I've called this morning to get the appointment for my dad who has a heart problem. An uninterested receptionist picked up the phone, rushing me through, asking questions like a cold robot, not letting me speak one sentence through the conversation and then being upset at the end that I didn't tell her something at the beginning...just listen and give people a chance to speak!!..as other people mentioned earlier it's very hard not to lose it. Very cold, uninterested, rude receptionist that will make you feel like nothing (sick!)..I was left shaking after trying to book an apointment for a 65 year old man who has heart palpitations for last 2 weeks...very poor..so much for the clapping..

Refuse to see anyone at all because they are scared of corona They get an obscene amount of money but alas they are all cowards. I will be sending a bill for private medical care. You were not there when I needed you so do not pretend to be again.
