I don’t even know what to write because the help has been life changing. I’ve never experienced the level of acceptance that I have felt here. In the short time I was there I started to learn ways to express myself, and it’s an environment that encourages this. The space held in group time is invaluable for learning that it’s okay to open up, to share, to get it “wrong”, and to be less and less afraid of saying what you need/want to say. I attended for disordered eating and got way more out of it then I had imagined-looking at all areas. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with any kind of addiction and/or disordered eating.

A community help centre for rehabilitation. Doea good work and is linked to a charity shop at the glebe shopping centre. Clients from this place have never been a problem in my experience.

Have recently starting working at The Living Room as a volunteer and the work they do is fantastic - lots of lovely, caring people with the client's recovery at the heart of their practice. They do a lot of work within the community and often run charity events to fundraise for the centre, and also have 2 charity shops at The Glebe shops in Stevenage (where the centre is also based).
