Contacted Trade frame to give quote for replacement windows, appointment quickly made. Mike visited property, listened carefully to my requirements and showed me several examples in my road in order to clarify my decision. Each point was clearly explained, there was no hard sell, simply professional and informative. A return visit to finalise measurements and explain process of purchase and fitting was promptly made and again Mike ensured I was happy with choices. The windows have been ordered now just waiting for fitting date.
