Really friendly and helpful. Spoke to both the lady and the man because I wanted to make sure they could deal with my request. They were polite patient and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Steve's taxis you too the stress out of it for me.

The lady we spoke to this evening was rude. We was trying to book from Hunstanton there was a party of 6. Sadly one of us rang and another one rang again which was unknown to each person. Only to be snapped at about asking for the route again. I will not be even enquiring with you guys ever again. Edit To Your Response: No We did not ask you to ring round for a taxi!! I asked if you could recommend any other taxi companies.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Having used this company before, I knew that their time-keeping was not the best, so having ordered my taxi for a specific time a few days in advance, I rang back the night before to stress that I needed the taxi to be on time. When the taxi didn't arrive at my house at the specified time, I rang the company again. The woman on the phone immediately became shrill and defensive; she told me that she couldn't control the traffic on the roads etc and had no idea when the taxi would arrive. I waited a little longer and eventually had to find alternative transport to the station, as I had to catch a specific train to make my Eurostar connection. When I was almost at the station, I received a text to say that the taxi was at my house! Bottom line: unprofessional and unreliable.
