Purchased a used i30 online from beginning to end a pleasurable experience . Stuart did an excellent video viewing and craig made the finance and part exchange process fair and easy The car was delivered in a covid secure way 236 miles to our home. So nice to deal with a family oriented main dealer who care about the customer rather than young salesman at big main dealers who have no knowledge of cars or customer service. We had a minor issue on delivery with a faulty tyre pressure sensor but it was resolved quickly by craig We will be buying all our future cars from here and would recommend anyone to purchase from them without hesitation

Poor experience with the purchase of my new Kia eNero. UPDATE: 25/06/2020 PCP balance for my previous car has been taken out of my bank. Absolutely furious. I am reducing the star rating to 1 as zero stars are not possible. I now have to sort out this mess with my bank and Kia Finance - something that I expected the showroom to have sorted out in January itself. UPDATE: 30/06/2020 I had a call from the director of Flear & Thomson who genuinely apologised and helped smooth the transaction out. What I didn't notice was that there was a crack on the windscreen of the KIA RIO that I was trading in which had happened at some point in the last week. I pointed this out while returning the car. The showroom told me that they will pick up the tab for it. So what started as a stressful experience ended on a very pleasant note. Also, managed to get good price for car insurance for the new E-Niro from LVE and using TopCashback. So very pleased about that too.

Flear and Thomson Kia in Stirling blew up our engine and left us to pay for it. Our vehicle was booked into Flear and Thomson Kia Stirling to have it’s first routine service carried out. The garage made a mistake and incorrectly identified which service was actually required at the time. They overcharged for an inspection only service at 20,000 miles and one year old. 9000 miles after this mistake, the engine (having now been running the same oil for 29000 miles) suffered from terminal failure and broke down at the side of the road. The cause of the failure was determined to be the poor condition of the engine oil which should have been changed at the first service but was not for some reason. Upon discussing this MULTIPLE TIMES with the service manager at Flear and Thomson Kia Stirling, I was informed that they had not made any mistakes at all and therefore hold no liability what so ever. Owing to the incorrect service being carried out to the vehicle by this garage, the manufacturer warranty was invalidated leaving the bill for the new engine firmly on our doorstep for a two year old 29000 mile car. I would say be very careful if you are going to use this garage, seems that when things go well they get good reviews but they will leave you in a mire at the drop of a hat and may end up accepting zero responsibility for breaking your car. Customer beware.

Really great service from Calvin Willis, sorting out a move up in size with the new car. It was within the budget we had in mind and he did it with the minimum of fuss, as well as having a laugh sorting out all the bits and pieces that go with a new deal. Top effort from Calvin and team to get us sorted and ready for the winter!

Second time buying a new Kia and can't fault the service. I dealt with Calvin, he was very nice and dealt with all my queries promptly. I had an issue changing my insurance which he sorted for me no problem (which was very much appreciated). Overall I am thrilled with my new Kia and the service.
