Found the car i liked called the dealer and spoke to Max who was really helpful and told me all about the car. As my finance was already in place things moved fast and they had the car ready for me to collect and i was back on the road. Great experience and easy to deal with and the little video i was sent of the car when it was ready to collect was a really nice personal touch. Would definately recommend.

I found a Ford Puma advertised on Autotrader and contacted Parks. Within an hour I was sent a personal video presentation of the car by Dean Norris, demonstrating the car and all its features. I decided to purchase the car and they gave me a good trade-in deal for my old car. The process was very quick and easy with Dean answering all my questions. Dean personally delivered the car to Aberdeen and took my old car away, and the handover was very easy. All the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Excellent service by Parks.

Asked me what I was looking for, how much I was willing to spend, preference of cars, etc. Dean was able to find me a new car at a very affordable price. Grant Nutley was also very professional on my visit and very friendly and made me feel relaxed and confident with my purchase. Highly recommend going here.
