Professional service from start to finish.. great communication, courteous, prompt, clean & tidy on site, extremely good quality products.. delighted with my shutters that I had fitted recently, and all my blinds which have been fitted over the years at my home. I highly recommend Stock blinds :)
Exceptional service.
We would always rather buy local if we can, and we weren't disappointed with our choice in using Stock Blinds to dress our windows. We had Roller & Velux blinds as well as Wooden Shutters fitted. From what I have seen, the prices were a great improvement on the \cheaper\ online options too with the added bonus of a bespoke, personal service. The whole process which began with me popping into the shop, to having an in-house consultation & measure up, to the quote being drawn up to the arrival and fitting of the products was perfect. We have had no end of compliments on our new shutters, we've even heard people commenting on how lovely they look as they walk past our window!! I would absolutely use Stock Blinds again and recommend to others without hesitation.
Repair of box blind. “Stock Blinds gave fantastic customer service. I called their shop in Bognor Regis for a repair on my box blind as it was sticking and failing to tilt, I was able to make a convenient appointment to get my blind fixed. We discussed in depth the problem I was having so a solution could be found and my repair was completed efficiently and professionally. I'm very happy that my blind is as good as new.
