I have been a patient at this dentist for over 20 years. I have only just seen the review section and am excited to relay my thoughts. If I can say it's a pleasure going to the dentist then I will . Chrissie is kind, informative and empathetic apart from her amazing skills. From arrival to departure I feel totally supported. What more can you ask for. Thankyou so much for your service.

Sound clear advice. Fully engaged as the patient in clinical decision making. Emergency appointment was available when needed. Excellent clinical care from Mr Griffin and professional prompt service from all the staff.
Very good as usual, no significant delays and Ms Shah was excellent as usual. I was in the chair for 15 mins while she sorted out a problem with my tooth, which considering I'm quite a nervous patient, was pretty good going. I've been with the surgery for approx 20 years and never had a problem.
Like many older people, I endured really bad dental experiences when young, but Christina has taken away all the dread of dental treatment. Gentle, reassuring and thorough, she is the only dentist I have known who can give injections virtually painlessly. Since moving away from the area I now travel over 50 miles to Christina for treatment, and would be hugely reluctant to change. Certainly an excellent service.
Very central to Billericay centre and railway station with parking. This was my second visit and I found all the staff very helpful and efficient. No stairs, easy access for the disabled. No complaints.
