I have been struggling for many years with my inner demons and alcohol. With the help from my key worker at ADS I have greatly reduced my alcohol intake and found a better way to get through lie by altering my coping mechanisms from needing a drink each day to turning it into something productive by finding alternative things to do and ways to cope. Its long and ongoing and I sometimes have set backs but if I hadn't found SADS, I'd be in a much darker place now. My gratitude is to LN and the support which I have received from ADS
