I bought my wedding dress in a sample sale and thought it was the one and I had all these ideas of how I wanted it to look. I quickly became disheartened after going to a couple of alterations and completely fell out of love with it. I was recommended Tusneem at Boutique Alterations and from the very first time I went into the shop and met Tusneem I knew I was in safe hands. Tusneem knew instantly bits of the dress that needed changing and she listened to everything I wanted, by the end of it my dress was completely customised to something I've always dreamed of and what I thought wasn't possible. I even got the most beautiful veil to match my dress. So professional and amazing at what they do here and I would recommend them to everyone! I had so many compliments on the day and I am so happy I found this place!

Thank you so much to Tusneem for altering my dress for my wedding, my dress was rather complicated, I'm quite petit I needed a lot taking off the bottom/sides of the dress with layer upon layer of tulle and delicate lace appliqué on the bodice. I live in Sheffield and although I could have gone to someone closer to home, the shop where I bought my dress strongly recommended Boutique Alterations, I'm so glad I made the journey there, the dress fit like a glove. Also I needed a solution for the dress to be pinned up in the evening - Tusneem sewed little invisible hooks and buttons onto the gown and it looked fabulous! Thank you again, you are a very talented lady and I'm looking for an excuse to get a bespoke dress made by you in the future!!!

1st Class Service. The woman who served me (sorry I can't remember her name) was so patient with me as I was so un-organised! I just popped in without an appointment with my bridesmaid dress that was far too big and I needed it ready in a week. Luckily she had a few minutes to see me there and then! I picked up the day before the wedding and couldn't get the zip to work (my fault as I had got a bit chubbier I think!) Anyway she put a new zip on and I came back later to get the dress before heading off to the venue! They really went above and beyond - despite me being a very annoying customer their service was impeccable throughout. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely go back again. (will try and be more organised in the future!) Thank you so much
