Excellent company and competitively priced products. Professional, knowledgeable and fantastic after care service. I have had 2 minor issues since purchasing my stove (both of which were characteristic of the stove rather than service), both were resolved quickly at no additional expense to myself. Also - Gary, one of their approved installers was first class with similar attention to detail as myself. Would highly reccomend both.

Really helpful and friendly company. Although they didn’t stock the brand of wood burner I had they were able to recommend and supply an alternative spare part on the same day and saved us from a cold Christmas. Can’t recommend them enough. Would be my first choice if I were to buy or replace my wood burner in future! 5 stars!!!
