Had already made our mind up as to which car to buy but just popped into Citroen Stockport on the off chance (as we were looking to replace our C1 Diesel which had just broken down). Explained to Casey Coey that it was all about the price and getting something quickly and he did us a good deal on one of the new showroom models. Unfortunately, it turned out that car had just been sold by another showroom. A bit disappointed at first but Casey immediately sorted us out with a car to use in the meantime (given our C1 was dead) and through the sterling efforts of Casey, Mustakim and his team we eventually ended up with the version we really wanted. Well worth the wait (as you can see from the photos, my wife was really happy with it). Great service from the start. OK things didn't go smoothly but these things happen and it's what is done next to fix the issue that matters. These guys came through with flying colours. Thanks for everything
Once we had finally decided on the type of used car we wanted, it was plain sailing. We had to wait a few days,as the car came from Sheffield, but this wasn't an issue for us. Sales staff were very helpful. Took a couple of hours to settle paperwork and part exchanged our old car. Enjoy driving our lovely new car. Would recommend them in the future.
Went to buy a car told about an unadvertised purchase fee. Threatened to contact trading standards and this fee disappeared . Bought a very nice car and happy with the deal . Just be careful if they start a conversation with there is an additional fee. Unless openly advertised the price on the car is the on the road price and report them to trading standards of they try it on !!!
