Minor issues with my new car regarding faulty exhaust valve and software bugs were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. The great service provided by the service team and customer services manager, Laura helped to ease my concerns regarding taking delivery of a faulty new car. Would definitely recommend this dealership for its superb after sales service.

A very efficient, friendly, professional service from the team for my new Jaguar I-Pace. Paul Baker went out of his way to quickly any questions or resolve any issues, and is clearly very customer focused. Communication is excellent. The information video of the actual car in advance of delivery is a great idea. Highly recommended.
So last Friday I visited and made an appointment for 10am for a Pre-Warranty check up, I enquired as to how long it would take to be told 1hr, I thought great I'll wait. I turn up at 0945hrs this morning, drive in and get seen to when I'm then informed my vehicle will be ready at 1600hrs! How can one person advise me 1hr and another then tell me it's going to be 6hrs, appalling service, wasted my time travelling there and won't be going back. Another dissatisfied customer.
