Excellent service, swift response time, high quality products. Originally felt nervous about ePos software as I'm not very tech savvy myself but the staff, particularly Dr Teimouri, put my mind at ease and took the stress away with their patient, diligent assistance. So grateful I went with this company as the staff have always been a phone call away whenever I've needed help. The software is extremely user friendly and intuitive to work with. Equipment top notch too. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been a customer for over two years now and the reason I’ll be staying with ITD is, in one word, SERVICE. I call my broadband company, telephone company, insurance company or ANY company and I have to sit on the phone for half an hour before the robot voice tells me to come back later and hangs up. In a world where that’s the norm, it’s nice to do business with people who know your name, answer your calls and haven’t lost the HUMAN ELEMENT. Anytime I’ve had a problem I’ve been able to get on the line with someone at ITD to walk me through technical issues and to me that is priceless. Even more so because I’m old and clueless when it comes to technology and the patience they have with me is appreciated. As long as ITD provides the same service, run by the same people and isn’t bought out by a soulless mega-corporation (which seems to be happening non-stop these days) then I will stay with them and recommend them to anyone.

Head and shoulders above our previous hardware/software. - Set up was quick and easy - Instructions were clear - Software is intuitive and very easy to use - No internet required to use the software - Top quality hardware that doesn’t look cheap/plastic - Virtually instant technical support I will update this review six to 12 months from now to see if everything still holds up but so far, no complaints.
