Started off positive as they could come quickly when I needed them. John originally told me it would be 60 after I explained that it was a large corner sofa. I told him I could it picked up cheaper and he dropped the price to 40. I double checked that this price would not increase (as I had read on other reviews that this happens) and he said no it would be 40. He arrived and said it was big so would need to take 60. I argued that I had explained the size and we had agreed 40. He went down to 50. Three days before Christmas and with the new sofa already in we felt we had no other option but to give him the 50! Will not be using again and would advise others not to either unless they've got spare cash lying around to cover the additional costs!
