I cannot praise the solicitor that I used here highly enough. We were purchasing a property and it was a highly complex & lengthy sale, which was dealt with very professionally and in a timely manner. Very impressed and I'd highly recommend them!

They were on the vendors side of our purchase. We had our mortgage offer in after a week or two so we’re all but search results and the usual enquiries away from exchange. I’m a property developer and a former estate agent so I know the course. When the solicitor went away they had no one to pick up the file. The contract took forever to come to our solicitor and on completion day they discovered they were still outstanding a vital document to proceed. This left me and various other people out of pocket and twiddling our thumbs for even longer. These solicitors appeared to be in very infrequent contact with the vendors and never seemed to encourage progress. I wouldn’t be surprised if behind the brick walls of the building was a circus tent.
