We bought a pre-owned Lexus NX from Adam at Stockport. We found the whole experience very good. Adam looked after us every step of the way including our part exchange and transfer of plates. A truly customer orientated experience. It's a little round the houses to find since they changed the roads, but it's worth it. There's no pushy sales pitch, they are simply happy to show you everything, telling you the good and bad that's been raised by other customers (e.g. the small boot on the UX - which wasn't a problem for us), but that's their style. No fancy spin, just answer questions, show the goods & let you decide. Service options are the same, from home collections to hire cars, it's all the same quality service which Lexus is renowned for.
