We found our very specific specification at RRG Mazda Stockport. After leaving details to contact us David Blakeley rang promptly the next day. We arrived to take the CX -5 for a spin & loved it. Everyone was very professional & v polite. We were kept up to date with everything we needed & David couldn't have been more helpful. We picked up our car & went through the paperwork without any hassle. Much praise to all & our thanks for a very enjoyable experience.
Have to say the Support & Sales Team within the branch have always been consistent in regards to providing excellent service. I have purchased many CX5's over the past few years, and they always ensure you are listened to. Phil Griffiths went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with my new CX5. He is always a pleasure to deal with and is a credit to RRG Mazda.
Great shopping experience at RRG Mazda Stockport. This is the third car that we have bought from the Team there and service they provide is excellent. Steve Tobin handled my enquiry brilliantly and got me a good deal on the CX5 I was looking for. Very friendly and professional and cannot recommend highly enough.
We put our old car into Inchcape Volkswagen for a service. While we were there the sales team at Volkswagen couldn't do any more to avoid us. We left and went next door to RRG Mazda. What a difference!!! Steve Tobin couldn't do more to help. Showed us a few cars we were interested in, talked us through the specification and booked us in for a test drive later that day. When we returned to pick up our car from servicing, we popped over and took a Mazda 6 Sport for a spin. We were well impressed with the specification. Electric seats, heated seats even a heated steering wheel. Extremely comfortable and very smooth and responsive to drive. It was an ex-demonstrator, just over 6 months old and only 2,500 miles on the clock and had just had its price reduced by a further 2,000. We bought it there and then. All that was left to do was to haggle over the trade-in value for the Volkswagen. The Mazda-6 was serviced and ready to collect the next day with free warranty, free drive away insurance and free breakdown cover. It even had a front and rear dash cam fitted which meant that when we transferred our insurance we got a refund!!! Bye bye Volkswagen, hello Mazda. Could not be happier.
