This service was appalling, honestly I am doing him the biggest favour by giving him at least one star. To be honest, I’d give him a minus if it was possible. So disgraceful. His shop online says it closes at 5:00pm so I called him at 3:50pm just in case and he said it closes at 4:30pm so I told him I’d be there before that time and we kind of agreed on that like an appointment (clearly the website needs to be updated or he should put some sort of notice for others). So I literally TRAVELLED to him, a 30 minute drive and I arrived at 4:20pm but I found the shop closed! I called him AGAIN and I asked why the shop has closed and he said it was already 4:30pm (LITERALLY IT WAS 4:20PM) and he said he was already on the way home that means he left even earlier than that time and when I asked him why he didn’t stick to his time, he said THE SHOP CLOSES AT 3:30pm?!?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? Who do you think I am? He blatantly LIED over the phone! And when I asked for some sort of explanation HE HUNG UP ON ME! That was it. He is rude and disrespectful with no manners whatsoever and no kind of respect to his customer because he never even cared that I wasted 1 HOUR of my time and I am usually very busy and think of all petrol and money that I have spent. I wouldn’t advise going to his shop I would go through some trouble to find a better shop than his.
