Purchased a new a7 s line from Stockport Audi last week. I have to say they are far the best Audi dealership I have ever had dealings with. I called and spoke to Joshua Taplin as had a number of different quotes for an upgrade from my A5. He has been excellent, from the moment I spoke to him I new he wold look after me. Not only did he manage to get me a better spec car but he even saved me a few and all so gave me two free services. I highly recommend Stockport Audi and Joshua if your looking to buy new. Thank you.
Bought a 2 year old Audi a6 with 20k on clock. The guys there were really helpful and professional from testing the car to handing over the paperwork. Went again after 6months to purchase another Audi for the Mrs was bit reluctant as she was moving from a small Peugeot to a q7, again the service recieved from the chaps were second to none. The whole customer journey was brilliant. It doesn't stop there, the after service recieved was exceptional too.
I've visited this place for the 1st time only recently, and I'm really pleased I did! I own an Audi Q2 (bought elsewhere), which developed some electrical issues (luckily for me) within its 3 years warranty period. Service was booked over the phone, date was set and courtesy car booked, all easily done. On the day that I brought my car in, I was politely and professionally welcomed by Donna, who took great care of everything from start to finish, and has kept me informed about every detail. They also checked my car, if everything is in order and valeted it, which is a bonus no doubt! Technician was Lee, who sent me a video of the whole car inspection process to my phone, sounded professional and very much on point when explaining. I will gladly return when needed, and happily recommend them for any type of service.
Overall Stockport Audi were very good and very professional. My salesman Dee sold me a lovely Q5 and did a great Job . Overall very happy , oh and BTW they do great coffee :)
