After 10 days with no car, (i got very frustrated and made it known) I eventually got a response, they collected the undrivable car and offered a hire car. Another 10 days to find the fault and fix it, and eventually got the car back. Not fully charged or any atempt at cleaning it, infact it was dusty on the inside. But to be fair once they had the car the gave regular updates and repaired it earlier than predicted. Love the car but the service needs to keep up with demand.

I placed a deposit online last year and I have just received an email inviting me to start designing the model 3. I came to the showroom where a model S a model X and model 3 are displayed. I had a good chat with 3 other people who also got their emails and discussed the options with the staff. We were pretty much left to ourselves to inspect the cars which is the way I like it. The staff were very knowledgable and gave me some very accurate answers. Well located on Wellington Road, this showroom also has a service centre. It can be easily accessed by disable and or wheelchair users.

I loved going here and will definitely go again!Everyone was so helpful.This one man had just bought the 7 seater model X in red and he let me sit in side and take pictures.Don't think that there are not that many cars to look at because if you go outside there are many different ones like the model 3 model X and model s. It's a great place to take any Tesla fan.

Amazing service. Really patient and polite staff. They went well out of their way to help when the issue I was dealing with was down to a third party (finance company). Even made sure that I could get back to meet my son from school during the process! This was on a really busy day at the end of a month when they were handing out cars to around 70 buyers. Can't recommend them enough.
