Absolutely disgraceful receptionist. While I was at work my partner went while our 2 kids are off due to covid 19 after constantly ringing because we were running out of medication for our daughter. She was spoken to like dirt and an inconvenience, told to be more patient and that she was taking the receptionist away from her work! She came away shaking she was so angry. I really cannot believe that she can get away with it. We are now changing my girls and my partners doctors and if asked will steer people away from here. I am disgusted in the lack of humanity, let alone professionalism show.

Cant get though to them on the phone, the phones is allways busy and when you do ring though they dont even bother to pick the phone up. Pathetic.
Can never get theo at 8 in morining then when you do there is nothing left. Joke
I am not impressed by the system for booking an appointment! I have been very unwell so rang at 8am when the surgery opened for an appointment to be told there were none left! The only one I could get was at a different surgery miles away. Apparently all available appointments had gone on line over night. What about people that don't have internet??? I have since rang again and asked for another appointment as still Ill, surprise surprise no appointments. I asked for passwords for internet but cant have them unless i go to the surgery with id. So basically i have to drag myself to docs feeling really ill, not to be seen but to then be able to drag myself back home and THEN maybe get an appointment online tomorrow!!!!!!! Ridiculous.
