Been in store today and was greeted by Mike, what a great guy he is, really attentive and couldn’t of been more helpful, even talking to my builder on the phone. He went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I have purchased from here before and the fires and surrounds are brilliant quality, But the service we received today was the best we’ve had. Thank you Mike for all your help .

Nice fireplaces but the staff are very hit and miss. The first time I visited there was a female member of staff who was lovely and helpful, showed me round and had a discussion with me. Second time I visited with the other half to buy a fireplace and there was a male member of staff, completely ignored us and was rude and uninterested when I asked him a question so decided to take our business else where. There is no shortage of places to buy so staff really need to try better.
Called in today and spoke to Milke who was very helpful and informative and made our decision on choosing a new fire alot easier. Fire ordered and very happy with purchase.
We had originally visited a local competitor and was left underwhelmed, so we decided to try the Fireplace Warehouse in Hazel Grove. We immediately found they were respectful of Covid-19 restrictions and had sanitiser and social distancing in place in the comprehensive showroom. Mick introduced himself and asked us if we wanted any assistance. We opted to look around then asked for help. Mick was helpful, knowledgeable and made suggestions we had not even considered. After spending around an hour deciding on our preferred combination, we sat down and discussed options. After discussing prices we agreed to progress with the order and were given an estimated delivery and installation date. After a slight delay, due to Covid-19 and the Portuguese supplier, our installation date arrived. Two installers arrived at the agreed time, assessed the work to be done, had a chat with us about their approach and cracked on with the work. The job took one and a half days. I can honestly say, the two installers were polite, careful, respectful and their experience shone through. During Covid-19 we have had other work carried out on our house. These were the two most professional and courteous people we have had on site. We are overjoyed with the final result and it is spectacular. No damage has been done to decorating or any other part of the house. I would STRONGLY recommend the Fireplace Warehouse for their end to end care and attention to detail. A great team both in the office and on site.
