Fabulous myself and 2 friends booked a taster session with Lucy. Fabulous teacher I actually can't believe how much we got through in an hour or if I will be able to walk tomorrow!!!

I was nervous to start pole but it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Everyone is super nice, helpful and you learn so much in such a short amount of time! I’ve only been taking classes for about two months and my fitness and confidence have already grown so much. My instructor Claire is lovely! She’s so patient and supportive. Can’t recommend it enough!

cannot recommend this place enough. been here nearly a year and I absolutely love it I do 3 classes a week and would love to do more. the instructors there are amazing and all the girls are super helpful. Try it you wont regret it.

Been with zero gravity since it's been open just over a year ago. I had never done anything like it before but it was the best decision I have ever made. The pole instructors are absolutely lovely and push you to your limits in a supportive way. I'm in a mixed ability class and despite us all being at different levels we always get a move to suit our ability. Joining made me more confident in my own strength and body as there is such a wide mix of ages and sizes. Would highly recommended this place to anyone who wants to take up pole fitness or just wants to try something new and different.

Best decision I ever made was joining pole. Me and my best friend were very nervous when we first started in September but I haven't looked back since. Tiff is so lovely and is always really supportive. She believes in you even when you think you can't do something. Tiff always has a smile on her face and is always happy to help. Zero Gravity is my happy place and I look forward to going every Sunday! The studio is so pretty and the girls in the classes are also lovely! \u200d️
