We cannot speak highly enough about Gowland & White, Stockton on Tees. They managed the sale of my late Mother's property with extreme care and courtesy every step of the way. They showed prospective buyers around the house without me having to keep attending, which would have been quite an upsetting experience for me. They kept me informed of all interested parties and gave me feedback after every viewing. Overall i would highly recommend them to anyone considering selling or buying a property.

My flat owned by myself and my brother had previously been up for sale with other estate agents and it was proving to be very difficult in selling it. The flat was in the niche market but Gowland and White advised me on what steps they were going to take to try and sell it. They were extremely pro-active and I had a lot of people go and view it. We did get a buyer but due to unforeseen circumstances had to pull out. Within a week or so we had more people view and found our buyer. I would certainly recommend Gowland and White due to how successful they have been, how pro-active and the help friendliness and support of all the staff in Stockton on tees. A very good service.
