Absolutely a 5 star service! Due to Covid and the distance I ordered skates online for my daughter but wasn't sure which to get. Adam was really helpful, giving great advice. When the items arrived they were perfect. I can't recommend HH enough, thanks Adam

An absolute 5 star service from beginning to end. Adam is very responsive to emails with friendly and helpful advice. Due to my location, I had to order online. Getting the right fit and boot is a minefield. I ordered one pair which weren't quite right for me, so then after further emails, I ordered a different pair which to my relief were perfect. I also ordered other items and all were sent promptly. I returned the first order and received a full refund. I cannot fault the service I have received and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommended them.

Brilliant place. Adam gives loads of time to understand what you're looking for and really knows his stuff. He doesn't push a hard sell, just wants you to have the right kit so you can enjoy hockey as much as he does! Very responsive to messages and will go above and beyond to help. Been twice and both times, treated like a friend. Great deals and some training tips thrown in for good measure. Don't look any further!

WHAT A COMPANY Upon searching through this company's website and Facebook page I found a baseball cap with a very clear description of their branding , it looked amazing. I immediately placed an order for one in grey, was very very reasonably priced too. After a few days whils checking the status of delivery the tracking wasn't updating as should do so I contacted the guys who responded almost Immediately to me. On further investigation from them they found that the delivery package according to the courier was "damaged beyond repair" straight away I was offered either a full refund or an alternative cap in a different colour as the one I ordered was the last one ( they have sold that well) . I was also told that as soon as the grey ones were back in stock they would get one out go me.I was constantly updated with what was happening in the search for the missing delivery. Fast forward to today and the new cap has arrived and looks fantastic , great quality product and with a hand written note inside which was a super personal touch. I will definitely be looking here in the future for other products because a service like the one I received is very hard to find. A huge thanks to Adam and the team for a AAA service. Take care lads and keep up this fantastic personal service.
