We came in on a Sunday around 2pm, my first time here. We ordered a large Zinger Burger meal and a regular 4 piece origonal recipe chicken. My Zinger was delicious, cannot fault it, The zinger chicken coating was perfectly crisp. I do wish there were more chips though. My fiance' loved his chicken pieces, Place was clean, service was patient and friendly. Reasonably priced and not so busy which was great.
Hit and miss KFC. One visit they gave me wrong food and didn’t realise till I got home. Another the chicken fries where so dry. I’ve had a couple of Visits with good food so it’s 3 star for me. Drive through is always smooth. Just need to make sure they rotate food and make it fresh and it’s a 5 star.
Chicken was hot and tasty. Chips were lukewarm at best. Had to wait a while to get served, but this KFC is always slow. Especially compared to Teesside Park
Service was absolutely shocking. I was the only one in the queue, and it still took 25 minutes. Burgers were cold. Chicken pieces were cold and burned. One member of staff was running around doing everything whilst the rest were standing around chatting.
