Horrified to have seen a dog in there recently, yes a dog!! In such a premium homeware shop. The dog, although well behaved was brushing past unpacked children's cushions and pillows on the lower shelves. How can Laura Ashley possibly justify this!? What about those with dog allergies!? Has the world gone mad!? Retails shops are not the place for dogs. I rang their customers service number to complain about the matter, only to find I was charged 10 for 14 minute phone call. Accepting dogs is apparently Laura Ashley standard, however I don't think it should be. Even people I've talked to with dogs don't agree with allowing dogs and the sales person I spoke to at the time didn't agree with it. Surely this is discrimination against those with dog phobias or allergies. How do they stop the spread of ticks and parasites onto homeware and clothes items. Disgraceful in my opinion and completely unacceptable

Visited the store over the weekend. We normally receive good customer service from staff however a member of staff called Sharon was very rude when serving us!! She bite my wife’s head off as my wife comes confirmed what she wanted as obviously she didn’t listen initially, she went on by staring and shaking her head at my wife !! Come on Laura Ashley why are you employing rude staff !!!

Shocking customer service in Laura Ashley Teesside Park today. Full rack of trousers on sale with sale price tags on. Upon trying to purchase advised it's 'obvious' that someone has just stuck that tag on insinuating that we had changed tags although the full rail was the same. Advised this price cannot be honoured as they don't have to. False advertising and absolutely awful service from two women who made me and my mum feel like theives. Shame on you Laura Ashley.
