Thank you to Dal and Jeremy for superb customer service while we were selecting the right car for our family. We choose the GLB Premier Plus and it is a fantastic car. Dal ensured everything about the car was explained from choosing through to our handover and Dal has continued to keep in contact should we need anything explaining or further knowledge for the vast amount of tech the car comes with! Every time we have visited Teesside we have been warmly welcomed by all the staff. The GLB is lovely to drive, the digital screens along with the ambient lighting make it a very pleasant driving experience even when the SUV is full of children! I've had my approved used, B-Series AMG-line just over a week and I thought it best to report what a fantastic car I bought from a fantastic dealership. Hats off to me for getting a great deal and Ray for putting it all together. Mercedes know exactly how to sell you a car in a honest, up front but relaxed kind of way. Friendly and caring staff, a clean, smart showroom and quality mercedes-made cars. Ray is up there with the best, he fulfilled all his promises and got my chosen car 4 new AMG floormats. I absolutely love driving a Mercedes. I can totally see what the fuss is all about? Mercedes is the car you gotta buy!
