Our families have used One Property Maintenance for a while now so when we decided to have work done on our garden we contacted Craig. We had an idea how we wanted our garden to look and with Craig's help and guidance we now have a garden to be proud of and enjoy. Craig has transformed our garden from hour eye sore to a WOW space. Garden was completely stripped out all fencing replaced 2 decked areas added, new patio, astro turf, concrete base laid for hot tub and a large pergola made to go over it so not a small job. The end result is absolutely fantastic, thanks again Craig love our garden. I would definitely recommend Craig and his team

Contacted Craig and One Property when i needed a substantial fence project in the back garden and driveway but wasnt sure what style i wanted and having been let down at least 10 times by other companies who couldnt even be bothered to come and quote. Craig provided 3 separate quotations for the different work and was in constant communication throughout, explaining the different fences and gates available. Photos were sent to me throughout the erection as i was working away, and to say i wasnt disappointed is an understatement The fence ,over 45m, is fantastic and the workmanship is superb along the entire length of the fence and looks stunning in the design i chose. Great service, superb workmanship, good communication, quality materials used and it is clear from talking to Craig he is not going to leave any job that isnt 100% correct. Cannot recommend enough and am getting Craig back to block pave my driveway in the near future

Monday 23rd March 2020 our garden was underway for a transformation but then along came Lockdown (Covid-19), it's been along old wait and now our Garden is finished. Thanks one property maintenance for the excellent work done on our back fence. They came next day after I called to quote and the following week to take down and erect the new fence. I was surprised at the speed in which they worked. The old fence was down in less than one hour and we had the old type of concrete posts, which had been there an age. The new fence went up in one and a half days. The finish is excellent. The price was in the same price range we had been quoted from others, but we choose one property maintenance as they were the most proffesional and helpful for the same price. We can only say thanks for the fast, efficient and friendly service well done. We will defiantly be using their company again, as now we are looking to have our garden made over.
