Super friendly staff, very helpful!! Brought our daughter some lovely Dr Martens from here that were really unusual, hadn't seen them anywhere else before. They take student ID for student discount which was a massive plus! Very clean and tidy store!
Always have what I want but the only problem last time was the lack of staff on the shop floor! Not a sole in sight

Went in for new school shoes passed between 3 different sales assistants as the manager wanted to see them immediately. This meant giving medical information to 3 different assistants. The assistants themselves were lovely but it gave me a feeling that the needs of the customer came second to the needs of the manager. It obviously isn't an isolated incident as another customer was being passed between assistants as we left.
Shopping for school shoes. Assistants were very helpful and friendly. Shoe shopping for children can be quite harrowing but this was a very pleasant experience.
