We used Smithfield for our decking and due to the fantastic service we recieved we have also used the Company to supply all our timber needs for our new business also. Cannot praise all the staff high enough, nothing is ever an issue and delivery is always prompt.

Utterly dreadful. Each time we’ve used this company we’ve said we shouldn’t go back. In the past the chap in charge has always been grumpy to the point of rudeness, and it’s really pretty expensive. Today is definitely the last time! We wanted 14 lengths of timber 53 and a half inches in length. It wasn’t until home and it was obvious the size was wrong that they were measured by us, 59’’ long! They were taken back, there wasn’t a word of apology, they were cut really shoddily and unevenly. Give them a miss unless they clean up their act
